I have been attending classes and sessions with Molly for almost 20years. She has helped me understand how to use my body to prevent accidents and damage. Her understanding of how the body works and her individually tailored sessions are second to none. I have never found anyone who is so intuitive. Recently she has adapted sessions for me to overcome a difficult health issue and I attribute much of my recovery to her. A brilliant teacher.

Molly Melhuish is the founder of Leafy Green Studio with 30 years experience teaching yoga and Pilates and practising massage. She is inspired by global wildlife and cultures and through Leafy Green Studio travels extensively to bring comprehensive Yin Yoga, meditations and massage therapies to our society. She presents regularly at conventions and is proposing to study for a PhD in Human Movement.
