Spend a relaxing long weekend at Capel Monastery in the Black Mountains, Wales.  Practise yoga, walk in the mountains and nourish the body with home-cooked vegetarian food.  Pony Trekking is available at Capel-Y-Ffin and caters for all abilities. Canoeing is available on the River Wye.

your teacher:

Molly Melhuish is the founder of Leafy Green Studio with 20 years experience teaching yoga and Pilates and practising massage. She is inspired by global wildlife and cultures and through Leafy Green Studio travels extensively to bring yoga, Pilates, massage and plant based medicine to the masses.

                                                                                       

    your walking leader:

Dyfed Evans is your walking leader with over 15 years experience leading in Wales and walks the Black Mountains regularly as a mountain leader.

 

your meals:

Meals are taken from the Leafy Green Meals book for this weekend.  All meals are vegetarian and homemade with fresh ingredients.  Your welcome meal includes vegetable tart, salads and artisan breads followed by an iced sponge cake topped with nuts.  Brunches are freshly made with a selection of seasonal fruits, locally sourced cheeses, toasts, yogurts and hot dishes.  Freshly made teas and  fresh ground coffee.  Saturday’s evening meal will be a vegetarian dish, served with vegetables, dressings and topped with herbs.   Dessert will be a chocolate mousse dessert with orange creme fraiche.  Teas and coffees to follow.  Alcohol is not included but please feel free to bring your own.

your retreat:

A long weekend starting Friday evening and ending Sunday afternoon.  The retreat includes 5 classes and a led group walk in the Black Mountains, with vegetarian evening meals Friday and Saturday and beautiful vegetarian brunch Saturday and Sunday.  Pony trekking and canoeing are offered.
