I have been attending classes and sessions with Molly for almost 20years. She has helped me understand how to use my body to prevent accidents and damage. Her understanding of how the body works and her individually tailored sessions are second to none. I have never found anyone who is so intuitive. Recently she has adapted sessions for me to overcome a difficult health issue and I attribute much of my recovery to her. A brilliant teacher.

Molly’s classes have been a life saver for me over the last year.  I was diagnosed with severe spinal canal narrowing in May, and advised not to do any impact sports.   Molly has enabled me to keep fit and agile whilst waiting for surgery, and is now aiding my post-operative recovery with exercises to improve my mobility and core strength.  Six weeks after surgery I went back for my first class, and felt an immediate improvement, so I am already looking forward to the next class!
